Our coaches can provide 1 on one sessions, small group sessions, nutritional guidance as well as sports-specific training. All Hammer House coaches can build you an exercise program with advice on body building with specific knowledge of nutrition and supplemental advice. We also offer fitness testing, body composition analysis and pre-hab & rehab advice.

Juliette

As a Strength Coach and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, my aim is to empower and inspire women; to better health, to feel stronger and to a better quality of life. I have proven results through female-specific Strength and Hypertrophy training for body recomposition and a holistic approach to nutrition. With 7 years in the industry, I also have an extensive background in dance, I’ve competed in multiple INBA Bikini modelling competitions winning an Overall State Title and qualifying to compete for a professional status. My love for strength training also lead me to compete in a Deadlift Competition placing 3rd Overall in the Womens Raw Division. Harry draws from his Masters in Nutrition, Bachelor in Psychology & Physiology alongside his decade of professional personal training experience. He has coached hundreds of people from the ages of 12 to 75, as well as powerlifters, disabled, elderly, pre and postal natal mothers, bodybuilders and people who just generally want to improve their health. Harry is incredibly passionate about helping people change their lives for the better through lasting results and lasting self-improvement.
